Position
Faith Community Church is a local (autonomous, non-denominational), biblical (evangelical), Christian church. Our supreme authority in faith and practice (what we teach, believe, and do) is God's Word, the Holy Bible (Psalm 119:160; Matthew 5:18; 2 Timothy 3:16).

Purpose
That the one and only true and living God may be glorified in the church through Jesus Christ our Lord (Ephesians 3:20-21; 1 Timothy 1:17; Jude 25).

Passion
That all people may have Abundant Life in Jesus Christ, by knowing Him, and doing all that He commanded (John 10:10; John 17:3; Matthew 28:18-20; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21). The result of this Life is a spiritual family who are together Loving God and Loving People (Matthew 22:36-40; 1 Timothy 2:3-4; 2 Peter 3:9).

Process
The way we pursue our passion is by strengthening and equipping believers through an integrated process of spiritual growth and discipleship we call DEEP Faith. The goal of which is a community of believers who are brought to maturity and ministry in Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16). DEEP Faith is an acronym that stands for:

Practicing the Faith (Teams)

Values
Functional Ministry Values: These five values are the functions of our church performed through our DEEP faith process. These values/functions are found in the teaching and the example of the New Testament church (Acts 2:41-47).

Vision
Our vision is to be a fully functioning and established community of believers that encourages, strengthens, and equips believers of all ages (kids, teens, adults) and life situations (married, single, divorced) to follow Jesus Christ's example of sacrificial living and service in their everyday lives (Acts 14:21-23; Ephesians 4:11-16)

We envision a ministry, which being motivated by love, serves the surrounding community by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through Christ-like character, conduct, and communication (Colossians 4:5-6; Titus 3:14; 1 Peter 3:15-16)
