Jesus Christ is the Head and Chief Shepherd of His Church, the Church universal (made up of all true Christians) and of all authentic local Christian Churches, therefore He is the Head of Faith Community Church. Under the Leadership of Jesus Christ, God calls and equips certain men to serve local churches by shepherding the flock of God and exercising oversight with a willing and humble attitude (Ephesians 1:22-23; 5:25; Acts 20:28; 1 Peter 5:1-4)

Church Planting Missionary Paul Warner was called by God, commissioned by Grace Bible Church of Springville Utah, through the care of Biblical Ministries Worldwide to serve as a missionary of the LORD Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 1:8-12). He has been led to establish FCC for the area of northwest Utah County. He is functioning as FCC's first Pastor* until the process of establishing the church is complete and a number of qualified elders/overseers* are appointed (Acts 14:21-21). Paul is joined in the ministry by his wife Bren and his two daughters Riyah Jennifer and Ava Grace.

*The terms pastor, elder, and overseer are used interchangably in the N.T. to describe the leadership of the church as those who serve the church through shepherding and oversight.
